My Pilates journey began more than eight years ago — not as an instructor, but as a student.
What started as a workout quickly became something much more. Pilates gave me strength, balance, confidence, and a deeper connection to my body. It improved how I moved, how I felt, and how I showed up in everyday life. The physical changes were powerful — but the internal shift was even greater.
I loved what Pilates gave back to me.
That experience is what inspired me to become an instructor. Today, I bring both my personal journey and professional training into every session. I understand what it feels like to start, to progress, to struggle, and to grow — because I’ve lived it. My goal is to help you experience that same transformation in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
I specialize in creating thoughtfully tailored programs designed around your individual needs. No two bodies are the same, which means no two programs should be either. Whether your goal is building strength, improving posture, reducing pain, supporting pregnancy, rebuilding postpartum, or simply feeling stronger and more confident, your sessions are designed specifically for you.
